Business - Employment

Historically, business and employment encompassed the various activities and processes involved in creating, managing, and growing enterprises while addressing the needs and expectations of the workforce. This field still includes understanding market dynamics, developing business strategies, and optimizing operational efficiency, but much has changed with the emergence of Artificial Intelligence.

With the rise of AI technology and globalization, business and employment practices are evolving, emphasizing the need for adaptability and innovation in organizational structures and employment practices. The Business-Employment Section will focus on what it would be like to return to Godly principles and practices in business and employment in the era of increasing use of robotics and A-I to eliminate human jobs as our schools turn to teach political correctness, not marketable job skills.

The events in this Mountain and their consequences are contrasted with God's Plumbline of Truth.

The Purpose of Work

When the Lord created Adam and Eve He desired that they fellowship directly with Him in the Garden. But God also created them to have a desire to join Him in His work. What was that word? The Lord desired that they, along with all of Creation, would be fruitful and multiply. And the Lord told Adam and Eve to rule over and subdue creatures in the sea, the air and on the ground as well as the plants. From the beginning, God loved humans and created them to have purpose by working with Him in stewarding His Earth. As a result of the fall, the ground was cursed but the Lord still blessed humans with food to eat. But mankind's work became "painful toil" and was earned "by the sweat of their brow".

Modern day work still fulfills God's desire for humans to have food to eat and for provision to be made for families to live. But the future vision of globalists is for the elites of the world to control the rest of the population with who works and who does not. They are trying to usurp the Lord's blessings for mankind and to replace God with dictating how things will work on earth.

Purpose of Work
Money

Money

In the earliest economic systems, bartering was the primary method for exchanging goods and services, with individuals directly trading items they had in surplus for those they needed. This system was limited by the need for a mutual desire for each other's goods, known as the "double coincidence of wants." To overcome these limitations, societies gradually introduced money as a more efficient medium of exchange. Initially, commodities such as shells, salt, and livestock were used as money due to their intrinsic value and acceptability. Over time, metal coins and paper currency were developed, providing a standardized and universally accepted means of trade. This innovation facilitated more complex transactions, promoted economic growth, and paved the way for modern financial systems.

Power & Control

Power and Control

Money's association with power evolved as it became a fundamental element in the structuring of societies and economies. In early civilizations, control over valuable resources and the means of production often translated into political and social influence. As economies grew more complex, those who accumulated wealth could leverage their financial resources to wield significant power, shaping political decisions, funding armies, and influencing public policy.

The concentration of wealth in the hands of a few further entrenched this link between money and power, as economic dominance often translated into social and political leverage. Over time, the ability to generate and control capital became a key determinant of authority and influence, reinforcing the notion that financial resources are closely tied to power and control within both local and global contexts.

AI

AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will significantly influence the number of executives, managers, and workers in future businesses, leading to both reductions and expansions in these roles. For executives, AI’s ability to analyze vast amounts of data and forecast trends could streamline decision-making processes, potentially reducing the need for a large executive team while enhancing the role of strategic oversight.

Managers may see a decrease in numbers as AI automates routine tasks and optimizes workflows, but this could also lead to an increase in demand for managers who can oversee complex AI systems and drive human-AI collaboration.

For workers, AI's impact is twofold: while automation may reduce the need for certain routine or manual jobs, it will also create new opportunities and roles that require advanced skills, leading to a shift in job types rather than a straightforward reduction in total employment. The overall effect will likely be a more specialized and adaptable workforce, with growth in areas related to AI development, maintenance, and ethical management.

Immigration

Immigration and Jobs

There have been millions of illegal immigrants allowed to cross the U.S. border illegally. It has been reported that these immigrants have displaced workers at unskilled positions. Most people who desire to work for a living do so to provide food and necessities for their families, but also as a means of satisfying self-esteem needs. People want to be proud of what they do and do not want to spend their days being idle and unpaid. There appears to be growing resentment especially among the people vying for unskilled work positions.

As AI continues to transform the job market, immigrants with high levels of technical education and expertise are likely to find new opportunities in technology-driven fields, including AI development and data analysis. However, those with lower educational levels may face challenges as automation and AI reshape traditional job sectors. The future employment landscape will require targeted efforts in education and training to help all people adapt to these changes, ensuring they can benefit from emerging opportunities and contribute to the evolving economy.

To date, the government has not offered a plan to address these issues. And there are still immigrants entering the U.S.

Globalist View

Globalist View

When Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum, and proponents of globalist ideas refer to the phrase "You will own nothing and be happy," they are envisioning a future where traditional notions of ownership and consumerism are fundamentally transformed. This concept is often linked to the idea of a "sharing economy," where access to goods and services is prioritized over individual ownership.

The vision suggests that advances in technology will enable people to access resources on demand without the burdens of ownership. Proponents argue that this shift could lead to a more equitable distribution of resources, reduce environmental impact, and foster greater social cohesion. However, critics argue that this vision could erode personal freedoms and autonomy, raising concerns about privacy, control, and the implications of reduced individual ownership in an increasingly digital and monitored society.

If people cannot compete for work in an increasingly AI dominated world, will society take care of their food and other needs. Since the Lord created the earth, work has been tied to self-esteem. What will happen to people's view of who they are and who God is? Most globalists do not consider this issue because they do not believe that God exists, or they want to purposefully supplant Him and rule the world.

God's Plan

God's Plan

In the Old Testament, God told people that every seven years was to be a Sabbatical year; a year of rest for the soil, care for the poor and animals, remission of debts, and manumission of Israelite slaves. Although unstated in Biblical terms, about every 7 years modern economies have a partial Sabbath year, it's called a Recession or Economic downturn.

The Lord made provision for everyone and everything, if mankind only followed His wisdom. But humans have not done so, and the world is as it is due to this fact. The Lord is still in control and He details His plan for the End Times in the Book of Revelation. With the signs that God provided indicating when the End is to come, it is apparent that it will occur in a short amount of time. Only the Lord knows the precise time.

Summary

Summary

More of the world's wealth and resources are concentrated in fewer and fewer hands. Is that a good or sustainable model? Is a person's job, skills and knowledge tied to their vocation and business success, or is it tied to the Lord? AI, the globalists and the drive towards dissolving nations and having porous borders is changing all aspects of current business and employment.

The Lord has promised a New Jerusalem when He ends the earth as we know it. Trust Him for a new earth realm that will last 1,000 years, called The Millennium. God created mankind and knows the need for self-worth. He is a good Abba and He will provide.
