We don't recommend any specific substances, herbs, or supplements for treating any particular condition or disease. We want you to be fully aware of the non-medical nature of our site and the limitations of the information provided on this site.
The information presented here is not original and includes opinions expressed by authors related to health and wellness, as well as testimonies based on personal experiences. Various factors, including food additives, gender, genetic makeup, epigenetic status, exposure to environmental elements, toxins, and contaminated or fortified food, among many other undocumented variables, influence wellness outcomes.
In reality, no individual in America is entirely healthy. Therefore, everyone is affected by various factors that reduce life expectancy. What may be beneficial for one person could be harmful to another. We suggest that after reading these materials, you consult your doctor or another qualified medical professional before making any changes to your lifestyle.
WELLNESS IS AT RISK
God, in His infinite wisdom, has endowed people with the ability to heal themselves physically. Our bodies are capable of fighting off many infections and diseases, as well as repairing some types of injuries and genetic defects. However, our body's healing mechanisms struggle against certain toxic substances that humans have created and released into the environment, such as genetically modified foods and nanoparticles that food producers are currently adding to the items found in stores.
We can steadfastly trust God, who designed and created us, and His ability to heal any abnormalities. But why should we expect God to heal us if we mistreat our bodies by inundating them with substances they were not designed to handle? If, by God's grace, He does heal us, can we expect that healing to last if we continue to expose ourselves to the factors that initiated the disease process in the first place?
God, the eternal source of wellness and life, can graciously intervene from the spiritual realm to restore our bodily health through the light of His presence. Jesus consistently demonstrated God's healing mercy by curing a wide range of illnesses and diseases. He entrusted His disciples with the continuation of this work, empowering them with gifts of healing after Pentecost to glorify God's name.
This profound demonstration of God's healing power inspires awe and reverence. As believers, it is our divine responsibility to maintain our health once we have been healed. This understanding is crucial for our spiritual journey. Healing is most commonly witnessed during revivals and tent meetings, which attract large crowds of unbelievers. We have recorded the testimonies of those who have been healed, and their stories have been remarkable.
Health and Wellness

Health encompasses more than just physical well-being; it also involves our soul and spirit, which can be affected by spiritual illness resulting from reliance on ourselves or false gods.
God created humanity to thrive in health and wellness in the Garden of Eden, where we could have daily fellowship with Him. He entrusted us not only with caring for our physical bodies but also with taking care of one another and the entire Earth. He provided trees, plants, fungi, herbs, roots, and leaves to support our physical wellness. Recent advances in metabolomics have shown that plant resources can significantly contribute to improving our physical health and slowing the aging process.
When we live as God intended, our bodies can naturally repair themselves. However, if we mistreat our bodies—by smoking, using drugs, being exposed to harmful chemicals, and managing stress poorly—we hinder their ability to self-repair, allowing diseases to develop. Most of us have the free will to choose a healthy lifestyle or to harm our bodies through poor choices. Those born with genetic problems or disabilities may not have the same options. Importantly, wellness involves more than just physical health.
Focusing solely on physical health can overshadow the importance of spiritual well-being, especially considering that eternity is a long time to be spiritually unwell. Unfortunately, today’s physicians often learn to diagnose illnesses and treat symptoms with medication rather than addressing the underlying "disease," particularly in cases labeled as "chronic." However, God has the power to heal even chronic ailments, as many testimonies have shown. If you need healing, seek God first, and continue to seek Him even if you do not receive the healing you desire immediately.
Total Person - Total Wellness

When humanity turned away from God, it introduced evil into the world, resulting in disease, decay, dysfunction, and ultimately, the physical body's failure to sustain the soul and spirit in the earthly realm. This phenomenon is known as "death," which serves as the consequence of rebellion against God, referred to as sin.
To achieve true wellness, it is vital to identify and address the root causes of illnesses rather than merely treating the symptoms, which is often the approach taken by the medical community. Masking symptoms does not provide a cure and can sometimes exacerbate the underlying disease. We must recognize that illnesses can have physical, mental, or spiritual roots and approach treatment accordingly.
Jesus, known in Hebrew as Yeshua, is the Messiah of the God who created all that exists, both seen and unseen, from nothing. God also established Israel as a nation through His covenant with Abraham, setting them apart as a special people. Yeshua demonstrated God's love by healing various diseases in both Jews and Gentiles (non-Jews) and even resurrected Lazarus after he had died. Yeshua’s (Jesus') parting advice to those he healed often included the phrase "Go and sin no more," implying that continuing sinful behavior could lead to a recurrence of illness. Essentially, this encourages us to avoid returning to unhealthy lifestyles and to embrace the new "wellness" He offers.
Unfortunately, many people today have lost access to the knowledge necessary for living healthy lives. Society, influenced by large pharmaceutical companies and major food producers, often perpetuates conditions that keep people bound to disease and sickness. One goal of this section is to highlight some God-given resources that can not only maintain wellness but can also help counteract disease or illness in our lives.
America is a significantly unhealthy society, in part due to food additives. When compared to European countries that approve around 300 food additives, the United States has permitted over 10,000 additives in food products, some of which are well-known carcinogens. Perhaps Robert Kennedy, now the Secretary of Health and Human Services, will bring about change in his quest to Make America Healthy Again (MAHA). Let’s hope for progress in this area.
Health Information Resource Links
To facilitate wellness, theDanielPlace links several books on plants and herbs with healing properties. Many of these plants provide substances that are as effective as pharmaceuticals but if properly used, often have fewer side effects than prescription drugs. Yet, today's physicians generally overlook them - except for those who practice naturopathic medicine. We suggest you acquire these books and acquaint yourselves with them. They are excellent sources of information to discuss with your physicians.

Three such books are Medicinal Mushrooms, A Clinical Guide, 2nd Edition by Martin Powell; The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies by Nicole Apelian - Ph.D. (and Claude Davis), and The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies Revised 2024 by Traeger Elva, and Miracles From the Vault, Health Science Institute.
These books complement each other. You can also look up some items at the Memorial Sloan Kettering website on Cancer remedies, as many of the mushrooms and other agents have scientifically documented roles as healing therapies in some types of Cancers. Their site supports searches in both English and Spanish language. Note that the mushroom books describe mushrooms by the Latin scientific names, so we have provided a cross-reference below to help you understand them.

There are numerous sources of over-the-counter supplements, and their quality varies significantly. We have found Host Defense in Olympia, Washington, to be a source of excellent and consistent mushroom quality.
Supernatural Interventions

God bestows healing as an act of divine mercy and love. For supernatural healing and restoration to take place through the Kingdom of God, believers must be empowered by the Holy Spirit. It is not by their own power that believers heal; faith in Jesus is essential. For example, the Holy Spirit may not heal a person suffering from COPD, lung cancer, or emphysema if that person is unwilling to stop smoking or vaping and continues to harm their lungs after healing.
The same principle applies to individuals struggling with addiction, promiscuity, self-gratification, or those involved in occult practices such as fortune-telling, Tarot cards, Ouija boards, or Satanic rituals. Those who are influenced by demonic spirits or have made oaths to join sororities, fraternities, or secret societies may also face similar challenges. Unresolved emotional and spiritual issues—such as bitterness, unforgiveness, anger, and judgments—can lead to bodily illnesses and dysfunctions, potentially impacting future generations.
Healing can occur through the unexplained, supernatural grace and mercy of God poured out upon individuals. This often serves as a sign to unbelievers that God is not only real but also loving. Additionally, it is crucial to recognize that God can bring about healing through physicians as well.

Luke, the disciple who wrote the Gospel that bears his name, was a physician. The Book of Ecclesiaticus, included in some Bibles, in Chapter 38, says, "Treat the doctor with honor that is his due, in consideration of his services; for he too was created by the Lord. Healing itself comes from the Most High, like a gift received from a King. The doctor's learning keeps his head high, and the great regard him with awe. The Lord has brought medicinal herbs from the ground, and no one sensible will disregard them."
To learn more about supernatural healing encounters, you can watch the videos in the Revival and Personal Encounter Sections. Additionally, there's an audio link on the next page called "Kingdom Healing, What it is, and What it isn't" that you can listen to for further insights.
Be Prepared
As the Awesome/Terrible Day of the Lord approaches, in the End Times according to the Book of Revelations in the Scriptures, there will be increased chaos and lawlessness in America and around the world, including a collapse of the world economic system. In that situation, it will be helpful to have a supply of herbs and other products as a precaution in case our country is affected by significant incidents such as open borders or other factors. It will also be useful to grow at least some of the food you need, because the quality of food is likely to become unverifiable.
During national emergencies, it's possible that herbal supplements, medicines, and food may not be available from stores and pharmacies due to supply line disruptions. In that case, you may only have access to the supplies you already have or sources grown within the USA.

The right supplements and pharmaceutical agents in your possession may be the difference between life and death in some situations.
